The apartment had a good size and modern amenities. I found it close to the metro station and within a reasonable walk to the city center. There was a great restaurant nearby. The washing machine and dryer were definitely a plus.

One lamp in my room was blinking. It was not a great first impression. The room did not have enough sunlight, so it felt dark. I was accused of smoking in the room and fined, but I do not think they had solid evidence. The price felt expensive for the hotel.

Modern Stay With Great Amenities

The room was very clean and modern. I appreciated the kitchenette. It included many cooking utensils, plates, and cleaning products. Check-in and check-out were simple. There was plenty of space for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out, useful.

Sadly, one reading light next to the bed didn't work. It seems there is some inadequate maintenance.

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. It had everything needed to prepare breakfast or a simple dinner. The great rain shower and the good bed were particularly pleasant.

Contacting someone was easy when i needed assistance. My queries were always answered and resolved very speedily. I appreciate the communal areas available both before and after checkout, including decent locker facilities.

The free laundry was very convenient. It included loads of essential items like coffee pods. The location near Anjos metro station helped a lot, and also near bus stops.

Sadly, the main double bed was too noisy. The bed was also too soft.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Issues

The location was acceptable.

I had several issues. The bathroom had a bad sewage smell. I suspect they don't have a trap seal. one reading light next to the bed didn't work. There was clearly inadequate maintenance. Finally, the entrance is next to a pedestrian road. It was full of flies.

the building appear new and its clean. it is close to the metro station for reach places in the city. the room are modern and include everything i needed.

one lamp in the room blink. rooms don't have enough sun light. breakfast are the same everyday it becomes tiresome.
